Your Role

As a Business Development Manager at Prianto, you will be responsible for expanding our business in the Nordic countries. Your role involves acquiring new customers, developing long-term relationships with existing partners, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with manufacturers, system integrators, and resellers to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand Prianto’s business in the Nordics by acquiring new partners and nurturing existing relationships.

  • Identify new sales opportunities and establish long-term collaborations with key players in the IT sector.

  • Drive targeted marketing activities in cooperation with our international marketing team and vendors.

  • Drive targeted sales initiatives, including cross-selling and upselling.

  • Represent Prianto and at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing technical knowledge and sales support.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic initiatives.

 

Your Profile:

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT/software sales, preferably at a distributor, vendor, or system integrator.

  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local and regional IT markets in the Nordics.

  • Technical Acumen: General understanding of enterprise software solutions within Security, Infrastructure, Digitalisation, Modern workplace and a willingness to continuously learn about new technologies.

  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate successfully, and close deals.

  • Customer Orientation: An outgoing and independent work approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Swedish/Norwegian/Danish; additional language skills are an advantage.

  • Team Player: Self-sufficient, analytical, and a great collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.

  • Adaptability: Passion for emerging technologies and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
