After studying business administration at the LMU in Munich, William Geens initially worked for four years as a management consultant at a worldwide leading consultancy in Germany and the USA. Afterwards, he switched to Raab Karcher AG, a subsidiary of VEBA AG, as Head of Corporate Development. He was responsible for projects in Germany, the USA, Japan, and Eastern Europe. At his next destination, Raab Karcher Elektronik GmbH, William Geens has rebuilt a value distribution business with 50 employees and more than 60 million euros in sales in five branches within two years. He then moved to Actebis, a leading broadline distributor, initially as Head of Product Management. Later he was entrusted the management for the whole of Germany. William Geens subsequently expanded his experience in the IT distribution market; As CEO of TAROX AG, as Head of Product Marketing and Marketing at Tech Data and as Managing Director of DNS Deutschland (Arrow). In 2009, William Geens, together with Oliver Roth, founded Prianto GmbH.
William left the management of Prianto GmbH on 31 August 2024 and moved to the company's Advisory Board on 1 September 2024. He will retain his shares in the company.
In addition to his new role on the Advisory Board of Prianto GmbH, William will remain Managing Director of Prianto Austria GmbH, Prianto SAS in France, Prianto Canada, Prianto Schweiz GmbH, Prianto Services GmbH, Prianto PPM GmbH, Prianto Hungary, Prianto Polska Sp. z o. o. and Prianto Turkey Dağıtım A.Ş.
He graduated in Business Administration at the Julius Maximilian University in Würzburg. Upon successful completion, Oliver Roth began working for the company BTB in Leinfelden - Echterdingen. The focus of his work at this software and consulting house was on marketing and (project) sales for enterprise software solutions. After moving to Distributor Avnet Technology Solutions, he was responsible for IBM Software as a key account manager. Further stages of his career were the distributors Bell Micro and DNS (today Arrow ECS). There, Oliver Roth managed teams in the areas of sales and product marketing for software solutions. At the beginning of 2009 Oliver Roth decided to join the company management of Prianto GmbH as a shareholder.
Thomas joined Prianto in 2019 as Managing Director of Prianto Projects and Procurement Management GmbH to strengthen the focus on procurement management services. He can look back on many years of channel experience and began his professional career 30 years ago in sales. He was responsible for operations at ALSO for many years as Managing Director. Other positions included Tech Data and the software manufacturer Carbonite, for which he built up the DACH channel. Since 1 September 2024, Thomas has also been responsible for the management of Prianto GmbH together with Oliver.
Rashied is Managing Director-CEO and Co-Founder of Prianto BV. With more than 25 years experience in leadership roles he has been successful in building European channels for new emerging technologies. He has an extensive entrepreneurial experience and for the last 15 years he has been building the EMEA channel for and with multiple IT software infrastructure vendors.
Stéphane joined Prianto in May 2018 as Sales Director for the French subsidiary. After starting his career in sales functions, he has developed an expertise in IT distribution for over 20 years. Whether it is software, hardware or cloud solutions, he has gained a commercial expertise in infrastructure, security and network markets. Before joining Prianto, Stéphane worked for American manufacturers such as Adaptec (Field Sales Manager), Snap Appliance (Sales Manager), Barracuda Networks (Country Sales Manager) as well as for French distributors. Stéphane is a graduate of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Gustaf joined Prianto in 2023 as Country Manager Nordics. He holds an MSc in Finance & Economics from the University of Gothenburg, where he is also based. He has over 10 years of experience as a business developer, product manager and business area manager in the channel. In distribution, he worked closely with vendors and managed teams of business developers spread across Northern Europe. Most recently, he worked for a provider of software for the manufacturing industry and is now looking forward to playing a key role in building up the Nordic countries for Prianto.
Rafał started his professional IT career in 2005. His had his first business experience in webhosting and domains at Nazwa.pl. Analysing customer needs and leading project base sales were his main tasks at AbaCo, a producer and reseller he joined afterwards. His next challenge started in 2007 when Rafał startet working at Arrow ECS (DNS Polska), where he was responsible for Citrix, Wyse, Igel and ThinPrint with key focus on channel development and cooperation with resellers. During that time, he accomplished courses and trainings for sales and marketing. In March 2014 he started building Prianto in Poland.
Adam Ksiazek is a co-founder and CEO at Vemi Sp. z o.o. (now Prianto Polska Sp. z o.o.), established in 2012 leading cybersecurity value-added distributor in Poland, acquired by Prianto in June 2020.
Prior to Vemi, Adam worked several years for global ICT vendors, such as Alcatel, Cisco, Orange Business Services, HP and NCR, growing emerging businesses in Poland, CEE as well as EMEA countries.
After earning his degree in computer engineering, Levent gained experience in a diverse array of solutions while working at system integrator companies. In 2007, he became a Microsoft Certified Trainer, teaching system administration and software engineering courses. In 2010, he founded Expert Informatics Academy, which has since trained over 3,000 unemployed students through the Turkish Employment Agency's enablement program for jobless citizens.
In 2017, Levent took on the role of senior solution architect at Ingram Micro Turkey, where he provided support to his business partners in managing VMware, Veeam, Microsoft, and Nvidia products. Two years later, in 2019, he served as CTO at Logosoft. In 2021, he transitioned to the role of EMEA channel manager at Virtuozzo before joining Prianto GmbH as the Prianto Marketplace development project manager later that same year.
In 2022, Levent co-founded Prianto Turkey in partnership with Prianto GmbH, further expanding his professional impact in the technology sector.
Yuri Pasea is CEO and Founder of Prianto Limited. Yuri founded KNS in 1984, and with the KNS team successfully launched Citrix in the UK market. KNS went on to become Centia, a VMware distributor and Citrix’s largest European distributor for many years. Centia was subsequently acquired by DNS Arrow in 2007.
A well known figure in the IT distribution industry, Yuri brings a wealth of experience in identifying IT trends and delivering value to resellers, service providers and system integrators with leading edge technology solution.
Carina Rozendaal is Managing Director-COO and Co-Founder of Prianto BV. Carina Rozendaal has 20 years broad experience of sales, marketing and business development in the computer technology industry with a focus in the last 10 years on building EMEA channels for the software Infrastructure and virtualization market.
Olivér Urzica is responsible for the business development in the CEE and Adriatic’s region. He graduated on Leadership and Management MSC at Corvinus University. Before joining Prianto, Olivér worked as Sales Manager at one of the major energy trader companies, covering the CEE and Balkan region. His main tasks for Prianto are setting up Prianto activities and building up reseller channels from the very beginning. Thereby he is establishing an efficient team and increasing brand awareness for Prianto and its vendor partners.
Max Waldherr is Managing Director at Prianto Canada and responsible for the expansion of the Prianto Group into Canada. Previously, he worked in international business development and for Canada's premier data science company. His career also includes many years at Quest Software as a manager in the pre-sales organization and as a product manager for the Active Directory division where he was responsible for strategic and operational planning in these areas. Before Max Waldherr joined Quest Software, he worked as a management consultant worldwide. He studied economics at the University of Passau (Germany) and obtained various certifications in the areas of product management and project management.
