Your Role
As a Presales technical consultant, you will be responsible for qualifying and translating customer and partner needs into tailored technology solutions. You will provide technical consultancy, presales presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept (PoC) delivery for selected vendors. Additionally, you will work closely with sales teams to support the early stages of the sales cycle and maintain engineering procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide presales support and technical consulting for IT security, digital workplace, and infrastructure management technologies.
Qualify customer and partner needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Deliver high-quality presales presentations, product demonstrations, and PoCs for selected vendors.
Work closely with sales teams to support the sales cycle with technical expertise.
Maintain and develop engineering procedures and best practices.
Conduct technical training and workshops for partners and customers.
Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and vendor solutions.
Your Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in a presales engineering role with expertise in IT security, digital workplace solutions, or infrastructure management.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise IT technologies and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Presales Skills: Experience in conducting technical consultations, presales presentations, product demos, and PoCs.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with sales teams, partners, and customers.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on delivering value-driven solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Czech; additional language skills are a plus.
- Independent & Structured Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-driven, and structured in your approach.
