Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing Prianto’s business in Slovakia and Czechia. Your role combines managing existing customer relationships with developing new partnerships in the channel, including VARs, system integrators, and service providers. You will focus on increasing revenue and gross profit while ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand Prianto’s business in Slovakia and Czechia by acquiring new partners and nurturing existing relationships.

  • Identify new market opportunities and establish long-term collaborations with key players in the IT sector.

  • Drive targeted marketing activities in cooperation with our international marketing team and vendors.

  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and close deals successfully.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing first-level technical knowledge and support.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Represent Prianto at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

Your Profile:

  • Experience: 4–5 years in IT/software sales, preferably at a distributor, vendor, or system integrator.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local and regional IT markets in Slovakia and Czechia.
  • Technical Acumen: Basic knowledge of enterprise software solutions like IT Security, Infrastructure management, Digitalisation, and a willingness to continuously learn about new technologies.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate successfully, and close deals.
  • Customer Orientation: An outgoing and independent work approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Slovak or Czech; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Team Player: Self-sufficient, analytical, and a great collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Adaptability: Passion for emerging technologies and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
